About The Highway Guy

David Finley, aka The Ohio Highway Guy, has spent almost three decades as the champion of better highways and transportation in the state of Ohio.

Finley is a former chief spokesman for the Ohio Department of Transportation. He also served as Executive Vice President of TRIAD, Inc., a national public relations firm which specializes in construction, highway and transportation issues and promotion. Finley was also Managing Director of the Ohio Construction Information Association.

Mr. Finley is a past President of the Better Roads and Transportation Council of America.

Now, as the Ohio Highway Guy, Finley will take a message about the outstanding careers available in highway construction in Ohio to schools, career fairs, and numerous other events as well as continuing his message about the importance of a good transportation system to the media and public.
