David Finley, aka The Ohio Highway Guy, has spent almost three decades as the champion of better highways and transportation in the state of Ohio. Finley is a former chief spokesman for the Ohio Department of Transportation. He also served as Executive Vice President of TRIAD, Inc., a national public relations firm which specializes in construction, highway and transportation issues and promotion. Finley was also Managing Director of the Ohio Construction Information Association.
